Williams Beach Park is part of the Mystic YMCA, formerly known as the Mystic Community Center.

In addition to the small beach area, Williams Beach Park has a baseball field, basketball court, tennis court, playground and grassy picnic area.

During the summer Williams Beach Park hosts a beach camp for students in conjunction with the Mystic YMCA.
