HistoryYoga Lily Studio was founded by Kelly Paige in 2017. Since then YL has cultivated a loyal following, teaching roughly 25 classes per week with 15 instructors on staff. Our first studio was so popular we relocated to a larger space in Bridgeport and opened our satellite studio in Shelton to focus on aerial arts. Our silk hammock classes are a playful fusion of yoga and the circus arts. Yoga Lily instructors use a fun mixture of pose and basic hammock tricks to invite students to reconnect with their bodies, heal and recharge.
