Universal Auto Body opened its doors 2 years ago. Since then we have expanded, doubling our work area, including a committed detail bay. Our state of the art cross-draft spray booth and mixing system was one of the first installed in Connecticut 2 years ago and is still considered top of the line. Our policy of making customer satisfaction the main priority has proven to be the difference between our shop and other shops in the area. We have one of the most comfortable waiting rooms with complimentary coffee, snacks, and a television. Even with our growing success, no job is too small and we are always willing to negotiate our estimates with customers that cannot afford repairs. We work with all insurance companies and provide our customers with guidance and/or any help dealing with the insurance companies so your claim gets going as quick as possible making the process easy and simple.
