Martine Coscia opened the Little Chocolate Company retail store in May of 2008. Coscia grew up in Belgium where she gained an exquisite taste for fine chocolate. In order to fulfill her cravings for Belgian chocolate, she enrolled at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and learned how to make the style of chocolate she was so fond of as a child. The Little Chocolate Company offers a verity of textures, flavors and designs that makes their chocolate as decorative as it is delicious.
