Art of Control

Art of Control is a Pilates studio offering group classes and personal training sessions. Private sessions specialize in using the Pilates apparatus and some floor training. Group classes involve mat training. Other services include massage therapy, Feldenkrais sessions and nutrition counseling. All instructors here have been trained by master Pilates teacher Romana Kryzanowska. Students have the opportunity to be certified as teachers themselves and can attend workshop classes at the studio.
