Located in Stamford's Cove area (between Seaside Avenue and the old Clairol offices), this collection of neat, black-shuttered Colonial-style homes has been a co-op since 1970. Resident Sylvester Wilson is president of the 145-home co-op, and he referred to it in a Stamford Advocate article as "the Beverly Hills of Stamford…in the price range, you can't get anything better than this."
