City of Peekskill Court is located in the same building as the Police Department and in the same John E. Hayes Sr. Plaza as the Northern Westchester BOCES, Field Library and Peekskill Senior Citizen Servies. The Senator Bernard B. Gordon Justice Building and City Court are adjacent to each other. City Court hears a variety of cases, including traffic, criminal, small claims and civil cases. Citizens pay vehicle and traffic tickets at City Court but pay parking tickets at City Hall, located across Main Street from the Court. Hon. Thomas Langan and Hon. William Maher are the court justices.
