Located on the first floor of the Lincoln Lewis Terrace apartment building near town hall, the Southington Housing Authority provides services for low-income residents who are 62 or older and for any disabled person who meets guidelines set by Connecticut laws and the Social Security Administration. The authority provides oversight and maintains facilities at General Pulaski Terrace at 6 Carter Lane in Plantsville, DiCaprio Forgione Terrace at 408 Main Street, Zdunczyk Terrace at 500 Pleasant Street and Lincoln Lewis Terrace at 43 Academy Street, all in Southington. These facilities include 180 apartments which are assigned based on an application process completed from January to June and are filled as spots become available.
