As "the cornerstone of the community," The East Norwalk Public Library serves the members of the Norwalk reading public, with a special focus on the needs of East Norwalk's children. There are a variety of programs year-round, including story time and sing-alongs, designed to get children excited about reading. There are programs for adults and seniors as well. The library features an extensive collection of fiction and non-fiction, periodicals, and videos, as well as artwork and historical documents of local significance. The library has a community room that is available for rental.
