History

I opened our first location in Torrington in 2011, and our Canton location in 2015. I'm Heather & I'm the owner - I have over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. All of my teachers are Yoga Allianced certified.

Specialties

We offer heated (and unheated) yoga classes for students of all levels. You don't need any yoga experience & you don't need to pre-register. Just come in & take class with us!

Inner Space Pilates Yoga

InnerSpace Pilates and yoga studio offers a variety of holistic exercise programs. There are classes in classic Pilates, reformer, chair and mat, as well as private and duet equipment sessions. Yoga classes focus on the Anusara, Jivamukti and Vinyasa schools; Thai yoga is also available. All of InnerSpace's Peak Pilates and yoga instructors have a minimum of 200 hours of training, to better ensure safety. The studio's full schedule is available online; clients are able to sign up for classes and workshops via the Internet. Gift cards are available.
