ROSCCO Stamford School Community Center Organization, established in 1975, is a recognized pioneer and leader in the field of after-school programs in Stamford, CT. With a mission to provide safe, structured, and quality programs for families and their children, ROSCCO collaborates with Stamford Public Schools and community agencies to offer school-based direct services, recreational activities, educational programs, and cultural enrichment activities for the City of Stamford.
