Founded in 1950, Waterbury Arc Inc. serves the needs of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Programs offered includes individual placement, supported employment, production center, day service opportunities, transitional school to work, after school/extended day, family support, program management and The Rhythmic Arts Program (TRAP). The firm serves throughout Waterbury, Bethlehem, Middlebury, Morris, Naugatuck, Plymouth, Prospect, Southbury, Thomaston, Watertown, Wolcott and Woodbury. Waterbury Arc Inc. is an affiliate of The American Association for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), Connecticut Association of Nonprofits and the Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce.
