Quest Fitness is a 3,000-square-foot private training facility that offers personal training, small group training, team training, public group classes and specialty fitness classes and workshops. It uses functional movement-based training methods to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Training methods include TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Training, DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Training, kettle bells and more. A variety of classes are available, including play-based workouts for kids, and are held throughout the week.
