Oz'NBones BBQ is a Restaurant, Food Truck and catering business in Colchester, CT. The business is run by Chris & Diane Ozmun. We specialize in Authentic and artisan BBQ. We purchased the building on the backside of the Colchester Green at 43 Hayward Avenue (formerly NuNu’s) in August of 2020 and opened the restaurant on May 8th of 2021.

I have had bbq everywhere, and this place is average at best. Ribs were tasteless, pulled pork was cold. Best part was the Mac & cheese.
