Since 1993, Sal's son Peter Sciarretta, following a fortuitous career change, has played an important role in helping to propel Hemingway into a new dimension of home construction. During the past few years, and in the tradition of a true family business, Salvatore's eldest son, Sal came on board as well as son-in-law Douglas Horn, providing on-site attention to detail-driven projects.
