Located in City Hall, the Norwalk Grants Department is charged with sourcing and applying for state, federal, corporate and foundation funding, Grants lessen the burden on Norwalk taxpayers.
The Grants Department also monitors a grant's progress to ensure that the town is in compliance with the rules associated with the grant. Although the department does not directly fund local non-profit or not-for-profit organzations, it is willing to partner so that these groups can get funding.
