Niantic Dockominiums is the only facility in Niantic that allows private ownership of slipsin the Niantic River. The facility includes two dock masters, a clubhouse, 95 slips up to 50 feet, a swimming pool and shower, a gas dock and pump out station, and boat hauling and winter storage.
