Located inside the historic Tuttle House, the central office for the Naugatuck Board of Education encompasses the superintendent's office and other administrative offices for the borough's 10 schools. Within the boundaries of this 36,000-person borough are six elementary schools, two intermediate schools, one middle school and one high school.
The historic building is also the location of the district's financial and administrative offices.
The current superintendent is Superintendent John Tindall-Gibson.
