Since 1980, Middletown Kenpo Karate has served as one of the area's premiere martial arts schools. The art of Kenpo Karate is the primary teaching at the Middletown site, and the instructors believe that the sport has a positive effect on children's lives. Inside the school is a large training area decorated with many trophies representing various accomplishments. The wide availability of instructors allows classes to be held at varying hours each day.
