The m.e.l.t. Workout (more energy, less time) was created in 2008 by CT resident Joe Carabase. With no money, no business plan, no clients and a few pairs of rusty old weights, Joe started an onsite training business out of my trunk with the vision of helping people of all fitness levels get better results in less time and actually look forward to working out. Before opening its first facility, Joe did in home training across CT and had had 4 different bootcamps from South Windsor to Hartford to Meriden. In the early days Joe taught his bootcamps on pure passion but as the workouts evolved from research and trial & error. After training over 10,000 sessions,
