Mary Our Queen Church is a religious institution that offers worship and ministry services to congregants in the Southington area. The ministries include those dedicated to community outreach, Christian education, mass and program preparation and retreats. There are also a number of parish social committees, including the Knights of Columbus, Prayer Shawl Ministry and the Ladies Guild.
