We at M&S Design and Renovations specialize in complete home remodels including, addition's, bathroom and kitchens rehab work and new turn-key homes. We also provide a full line of services in Construction Management and owners representative which helps our clients save money from hiring Architects to materials being used on every job. Some companies have severe markups on materials and labor, we try to minimize such markups and save our clients as much as possible. There's a few companies that have a 400-500% (percent) markup on materials and change orders so we base our fee on the amount we save our clients while including our fee we are still saving the clients' money and providing an excellent quality construction.
