The Stamford Law Library is located on the fourth floor of the Stamford Courthouse and may be used by lawyers, judges or the general public to conduct legal and court-related research. The library consists of 37,000 print volumes and 105,000 microfiche volumes and computers, which can be used to access legal databases. The library is also equipped with telephones, fax and copy machines and a small children's play area. Informal tours of the library are available upon request. The Stamford Law Library is one of fifteen law libraries located inside courthouses throughout the state of Connecticut.
