Located near the center of downtown Suffield, the Kent Memorial Library offers more than 125,000 pieces available to patrons with a library card from Suffield or any other town. The well-lit, split-level building has indoor and outdoor seating areas, as well as areas for quiet conversation. The library offers free Wi-Fi and public computer access.
Book clubs and other groups are offered for children, teens and adults with a full, updated schedule appearing on the library's website. Kent Memorial Library also offers job search assistance for interested patrons.
The library was founded in the late 19th century, and the current library director is Jim McShane.
