Holy Family School opened in 1960 due to the growing population of Holy Family Church and the need for a Catholic learning environment within the parish and surrounding population. The school is open to students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grades.
Holy Family School, which is overseen by a School Advisory Board under the authority of the Office for Education of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bridgeport, is designed to provide children with a values-based education that helps them build moral and spiritual character. The school offers a curriculum that is designed to promote academics and physical, emotional and spiritual growth.
Holy Family School's School Advisory Board is charged with providing long-term strategic planning, direction and financial stability while representing the rights of parents and others who have a voice in the operation of the school.
