Hillel Academy, established in 1958, is designed to integrate academic, extra-curricular and Jewish learning for children from nursery-school age through eighth grade.
Hillel Academy, located on 4.6 acres on Stratfield Road, is a modern Orthodox school open to all streams of Judaism, with a large percentage of students from homes that are Conservative, Reform or unaffiliated.
The school is on the same property as Congregation Ahavath Achim, the only orthodox synagogue in Fairfield, and students attend Hillel Academy from as far north as New Haven and as far south as Yonkers, N.Y.
