Picasso Hair Art is an established salon in the Orange area and has been in existence since 1990. The salon broke away from a chain and renamed itself Picasso Hair Art, inspired by artwork done by one of their customers as well as the artistic aspects of the business. Owner Takashi Yoshikawa adds a cultural flair to the locale, and the general atmosphere of the salon is friendly and family-oriented with clientele ranging from children to seniors.
