My brother John and I have been talking about opening up a Greek food truck since our high school days and here we are today. Our dream came to light. We make our food with love, a lot of our recipes come from our Aunt Kitsa back in a little village called Rizari,Edessa. Home of one of the biggest waterfalls in Greece! We're here to serve you a little taste of our Greek culture. The goal is to maintain a friendly, safe, and clean environment. Quality, quantity & good service is what we go by!
Specialties
Our business specializes in authentic Greek street food. We hand stack our pork and chicken gyro then let it marinate with our seasoning, flavors you wouldn't want to miss! We also have the traditional lamb/beef gyro. There's plenty of ways to eat a gyro,come tell us how you want yours. Other variety's include pork & chicken souvlaki skewers, salads, baklava along with spinach pies & cheese pies. Spinach pies and cheese pies are served as a special for now. For special beverages we offer our imported Greek juices.
