The Gianelli’s Early Learning Center’s is owned and operated by the Daughters of Our Lady of the Garden, an order of Catholic nuns. Its mission is to provide a learning center, based on the Montessori Method, with a stimulating environment where children can exercise his or her developing, age-appropriate faculties. The school is committed to serving the spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional, and cultural needs of young children by cultivating their natural desire to learn.
The program encourages children to develop a positive attitude toward themselves, their families, their peers, and their learning. Through observation skills, language and mathematics skills, physical strength and coordination, each child develops inner discipline and positive self-concepts in the pursuit of learning.
At Gianelli’s Learning Center each child is accepted without distinction of class, race, religion, and ethnic background.
The school holds three classrooms, a dining room, an all-purpose room and a spacious kitchen. It also has a modern playground. Gianelli's also offers a one-week summer program for children entering Grade 7 and up.
