The marina is popular and has a waiting list for dock space of five years for a small boat, seven years for a medium-sized boat and 10 years for a large boat. Seasonal prices to lease a dock, including tax, are $432.34 for a small boat, $644.73 for a medium-sized boat and either $1070.15 or $1,297.14 for a large boat, depending on the location of the dock for a large boat. The higher-priced docks for large boats include more room for boaters to maneuver. The marina season is from April 15 to November 15, and the marina is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week during that time. The marina offers dry storage of boats.
