History

Opened in 2013, Elm City Wellness moved to its East Rock location in May 2015. Built upon the referrals of our clients, we've grown to add skin care, community acupuncture in addition to highly-skilled massage. Our goal is to serve the community, and we adjust our services to reflect their needs. Elm City Wellness now carries CBD products for personal health and offers CBD Massage treatments.

Now 'N' Then offers over a dozen massage choices, such as Hot Stones therapy and Reiki, which has been proven to restore energy levels. Therapeutic massages are administered in sessions lasting from 30 minutes to an hour and a half. Parking is in the rear of the building or on the street.
