In 1913, some 50 residents gathered in a Mianus School classroom at the top of Riverside Hill for mass. It was the first Sunday service of a parish that has grown into St. Catherine of Siena, as Greenwich residents know it today.
Mass is held in the chapel every day of the workweek at 7am and 5:15pm, as well as twice on Saturday (at 7am and 9am) and four times on Sunday (7:30am, family services at 9am, 10:30am and 5 pm). Times for prayer groups, reconciliation and faith formation are posted on the parish website and in the bulletin.
Annual events include the St. Catherine's Carnival, a musical production by the St. Catherine's Players and the Children's Christmas pageant.
