A Cut Above Hair Design is a concept that began in Waterford, CT. Paula Peltier, Owner, wanted to create a boutique atmosphere where people could come and relax. I’d always been a lover of hair, and thought a modern ambiance and the perfect staff would provide the perfect setting for our clients here in Waterford Connecticut.
