Curtis & Kristopher have spent the last 13 years running restaurants together. They realized their dream of owning & operating their own place in March of 2010. A family owned business complete with their two sons helping out when they are not in school or playing football. Curtis has been a chef for more than 25 years and has worked in some of the nations top restaurants (Sign of the Dove & The River Cafe, NY, NY, Game Creek Clubin Vail, The Straight Wharf on Nantucket, Restaurant RM in Las Vegas and the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver to name just a few) Curtis & Kristopher seek out the freshest fish (from their Nantucket fishermen), local beef and dairy as well as local produce, bringing the best to the plate,
