Vin48 in Avon, Colorado is the creation of Vail Valley locals Chef Charles Hays, Wine Director Greg Eynon, and Restauranteur Collin Baugh. Vin48 serves dinner nightly and is a short drive from Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, Eagle, Edwards, Minturn, Red Cliff, and Vail. Nestled in Avon's famous boat building with spectacular views of Beaver Creek, Vin48's spacious yet intimate dining room and wine bar feature tables and accents crafted by up-and-coming Colorado-based designers. A custom wine wall warmly completes the guest experience, creating a private, cozy space for large parties. In warmer months, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto our patio, allowing diners to enjoy mountain views and Beaver Creek Colorado's great outdoors.

Vail Valley local, Executive Chef Charles Hays, offers an ever-changing rustic American menu to satisfy discriminating palates with small and large plates. We are proud to serve local organic produce from the vin48 gardens at Mountain Thyme Farms in Gypsum, Colorado. Chef Hays' food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.
