Sutton Betti is a bronze sculptor from Colorado specializing in historic, sports and military subjects. His goal is to create living bronze for others to connect with, educate and find meaning.
Sutton Betti creates bronze sculptures of historical, sports and military themes because of his interest in "larger-than-life" heroes portrayed in historical art. He creates a modern version of a hero.
His passion for creating military sculptures to honor our veterans was initially born from his late father. A U.S. Marine during the Vietnam war, his dad worked tirelessly helping service members and their families receive veteran's benefits. He was larger than life himself.
When Sutton first worked with him on creating his sculpture "Remembering", a bond was formed that has been with him even after his father's passing. Because of his fathers passion and service to others, creating military themed sculptures has been a labor of love to keep his father's memory alive.
