Sad to see they like to park in the handicapped areas... This truck constantly parks in a handicapped spot making it extremely hard for handicapped patrons to get in or out of their car.

Well, it's expensive, you have to pre-pay and they charge you for using a credit card. The location is convenient but the value really isn't. There are better places out there.
