History
As a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, I have been helping people manage their weight through individualized, evidence-based exercise and nutrition programs since 2011. Since then, I have helped a wide-range of clients meet goals and overcome unique challenges and limitations. I specialize in individual, couple and small group training for weight management, body composition, physique, fitness, health, disease treatment & prevention, sport performance and general wellness.

I'm a registered dietitian (RD) and ACSM personal trainer with a decade of experience with weight management, disease prevention, body composition, well-being and fitness. I have a bachelor's degree from CSU and a business minor in addition to my dietitian and personal trainer credentials which are the gold-standards in the nutrition and fitness industry. I travel to my clients homes and apartment gyms for ease and convenience bringing everything needed. I also train out of my home base. Low overhead helps me keep my prices affordable for every budget. I create 100% customized nutrition and/or exercise programming that is safe, fun and gets my clients to their goals. No gimmicks, no sales pressure, no supplements.
