HistoryOriginally founded as Telluride Gymnastics and CrossFit, the business has been serving locals and visitors alike since 2009. While two separate businesses now (Telluride CrossFit and Telluride Gymnastics), they operate within the same building and work together to help the community with their fitness.SpecialtiesAt Telluride CrossFit, we work with athletes to develop strength, fitness, and wellness through bodyweight gymnastics movements, weight training, metabolic conditioning and mobility. Since 2009, we have been working with members of our community and visiting athletes to help them be the very best versions of themselves at our gym. We offer group fitness for teens and adults in the form of CrossFit, boxing, mobility and gymnastics inspired movement. Telluride CrossFit is a full-featured fitness facility located in the Lawson Hill subdivision between the Town of Telluride and Mountain Village.
