Smok is a new barbecue concept from Chef Bill Espiricueta; originally from Oak and Acorn.

We focus on classic barbecue from across the entire country with special notes from Austin and Kansas City. Paired with our craft cocktails and slushies we are looking to bring a modern elevation to what Denver currently knows about barbecue.

Fries and corn bread are delicious. A must sides order! Briskets were cooked well but lacks flavor. Pork Belly and Ribs are good. Skip the mac n cheese. Servers are amazing and very friendly.
