All of our staff members have been background checked, and all our home inspectors have been professionally trained and certified through Nachi (InterNachi & ACHI.) All other professionals have their license in the state of Colorado. We have a structural engineer, master plumber, master electrician, and HVAC systems all on staff. We are able to certify your Furnance /or hot water heater (if not older than 10 years old we can only check if working,) Plumbing (Anything we can see or scope, all pipes we can not see in walls we cannot certify) Electrical (Wiring is safe, up to code, in all working order only things we are able to see or have access to.) We also have the ability to do some test on site (Example Asbestos Test,) other test we will have to send out to the labs.
