History
Shielding Integrity Services Inc (SIS) is an ISO 17025 Test Laboratory meeting the accreditation standards as required by NVLAP (National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program), a division of the US National Institute of Standards (NIST). (This NVLAP accreditation is equivalent to other organizations such as AClass, A2LA or UKAS etc.) SIS is well established in the EMC industry and its testing personnel are well known among the key players in the chamber building/installation market working with ETS-Lindgren, TDK, MVG, and AP Americas (Albatross), among many others. SIS also has extensive experience in the performance revalidation services working directly with chamber users. The testing/validation focus extends from basic RF shielded enclosures to specialized anechoic chamber validation. Testing operations began in 1988 by Robbie L. Tuttle; In 2000 the S-Corp was founded and has continued profitable operations ever since.
