River North Pilates' background is based in a rehabilitation approach to Pilates, which does not mean we only work with those recovering from an injury, but that our approach is more specific to the client and their current condition and fitness level. This is a very personalized approach to your workout, modifying exercises to benefit you and your body to get the most out of our session.
