Specialties
I specialize in cooking plant-based dishes, but I do offer extensive menus for both herbivores and carnivores. I have always enjoyed cooking and feeding others since I can remember. I grew up in Russia, and as a child I spent time on my family's large farm harvesting and preserving fresh produce. Since moving to the US, cooking has been a medium to connect to my family, my roots, and brings me enormous joy in the present.
