The Red, White and Blue Fire Protection District offers a range of fire prevention and 24-hour emergency response services. Founded in 1880, the agency provides a variety of public education programs. Its historic museum houses a selection of early firefighting equipment, such as ladder carts, fire extinguishers, and leather buckets and lanterns. The Red, White and Blue Fire Protection District conducts fire prevention presentations in schools and law enforcement agencies. In addition, it offers a juvenile firesetter intervention program for children above the age of 10. The Red, White and Blue Fire Protection District also responds to wildfire incidents throughout the United States.
