Her strength lies in her in-depth understanding of the industry and her ability to influence and recruit. She oversees all recruiting and field interviewing for the firm. Diane joined Raymond H. Riley Associates in 1991. She manages the recruiting team at RHRA. Diane is an excellent resource for due-diligence as she has a finger on the pulse of the industry.
