I have used this processor a couple of times in the past for chickens and was impressed! By far the cleanest place I've been to and great to deal with. I think they did a very professional job :-)

Terrible service cuts are not uniform we don't think we got the cow we gave them. They were very argument when we confronted them questioning the cuts. They offered us more meat and we declined...

This place is horrible, they over charge for processing and you will not receive all of your meat. They will blame the shortage on the fat content and later magically replace some of your meat.
