History

Owner, James Genotte, graduated from the Colorado School of Mines in 2001 with a degree in Physics Engineering. After working an engineering job for 13 years, James decided that it was time for a change. With his wife, Laura's, support, James quit his job and built one of Colorado's finest food trucks.

Best smash burger's in Colorado. Huge portions, quick and delicious. Reminds me of Tookie's (if you know, you know).

Management is rude. I saw a girl trying to get her order changed and they refused to help her. My burger was not worth the 15-17$
