The Patty Jewett Golf Course is one of the oldest public golf courses west of the Mississippi River. Patty Jewett has been a city-owned course since 1919 and regularly hosts the Pikes Peak Amateur Tournament. Designed and maintained for players of all abilities, this 18-hole course presents challenges to even the most experienced golfer. Willie Campbell designed the Patty Jewett in 1898. Mark Mahanna designed a 9-hole course in 1967. Patty Jewett is a par 72 course. It measures approximately 6,800 yards from the championship tees and nearly 6,460 yards from the regulation tees, not including the 9-hole course. The Patty Jewett Clubhouse is open to the public year round and offers breakfast, lunch and late afternoon menus with a full-service bar. Banquet facilities are available for all occasions and can accommodate between 35 to 125 guests. The Patty Jewett Golf Course is located in Colorado Springs, Colo.
