I started in this business in my early 20's as a loan officer back in 2001. Was promoted to the title of Branch Manager quickly and was responsible for a full staff of 14 loan officers, 2-3 processors, payroll, etc. for many years. In 2010, I decided to take a step back from my management role to focus on my own clients and building my own team of support staff to facilitate my own production. Quick, smooth closings in the fast paced Denver market, but also lending nationwide. Purchase and refinance transactions. Direct to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but we also have a multitude of portfolio products for scenarios that make sense, but don't fit into conventional underwriting guidelines.
